I broke down on the way to Florida Labor Day week on the interstate,called on the phone 20 minutes later Tim the owner came with a trailer and took us to the shop.The ace wrench looked it over and told me it was the fuel filter assembly in the gas tank and did not have one in stock that was the bad news the good news was that he was going to take an assembly off a new dresser and I was on the road and extremely happy in ! hour ,next time in the area I will stop and say hello.Excellent service Thanks CHUCK from Florida

I have been dealing with Harley Haven since August of 2013. You will not find a better group of people to deal with. So many places treat you by how much you spend, not this place. They have gone out their way for me more times than I can remember and I am not a big spender. This is the best Harley dealership hands down. No one else will treat you as good as they do at Harley Haven. No one else has the knowledge they have at Harley Haven either. Whatever your question is, I guarantee somebody will no the advantages and disadvantages of whatever it is. They are not out to sell you what you don't want. They are out to please you period.

My family and I were traveling to Savannah GA when our 2003 Lowrider broke down in Orangeburg SC, about 50 miles away form the Harley Haven. We contacted HOG to set up a tow for our bike and after waiting 6 hours for two different tow companies, neither had the proper equipment to haul a motorcycle. I called Harley Haven and they took down our address and sent some guy named Tim to get our bike and my son that was ridding the bike. We followed and they had us in service right away and fixed us up with a place to eat. I thanked the gentleman that hauled our bike and took the time to come get it, only to find out it was Tim Lucas the owner. I wan't most impressed that the owner would go out of his way to help fellow riders but how humble he was and everyone in the dealership treated us with respect. The most unique buying experience I have ever had. Harley Haven treated me like a king. They MADE time to answer my questions, They have a very relaxed atmosphere. They are very attentive and friendly. The presentation of the motorcycle when I came to pick it up was incredible. Parked right up in the front doors with the salesman and manager on each end of the bike greeted me when I came in, like they were waiting just for me. When you walk in the doors at Harley Haven they treat you like a friend, When you ring the bell at Harley haven you become a member of their family. Go ring the bell at Harley Haven.

4/8/14 My brother actually made the purchase of an '06 Sportster at Harley Haven last month (March '14). We mainly met and talked with Tim, but too, we connected with Tejay, Nichole as well. Fact is everyone there is so pleasant. If only we lived closer. There's no hope for H-D in ... anymore. We'll ride to Irmo for our needs because of Harley Haven.

I just wanted to say thanks to the Service Department for their customer service and quality work that has been done on my bike. I have had the 1K, 5K and 10K service done. I am a very very pickey on those that work on my bike. I have been to many other dealerships in the SC and have not been happy period with the service department. Again thanks to the mechanics and Bill the service manager, I have now found a home for my bike to be taken care of. Also, the rest of the folks working at the dealership, some of the most friendly and helpful folks that I have come in contact with. Thanks Tejay for for conversation. I hate shopping. I mean I HATE shopping. So it is remarkable to me that I actually look forward to my trips over to Harley Haven. I've hit all the bike shops in metro-Columbia and plenty out of town and state & none compare to the warm, helpful, knowledgable and immediate assistance I ALWAYS receive when I stop by the Haven. When we travel, I always map out Harley Davidson stores along our routes as a fun place to stretch. And my experience has confirmed time & again HD has been deligent promoting & instilling a welcoming attitude to its customers. I was out riding Saturday and began hearing a noise when I hit a bump. I stopped in to Harley Haven to see if they could look at it real quick. The service writer had a tech look at it and a minute later they found that the front fuel tank bolt came loose. In less then 5 minutes I was on my way. Thank you for the help.

I went into Harley Haven in the market for a motorcycle. After meeting the people, I continued shopping around searching for the best price. The customer service as well as the price throughout the state was unmatched. I wasn't referred to Harley Haven because I'm not really from the Columbia area. However, I will refer anyone I know to them. The staff personnel were professional, friendly, and polite. It's amazing how hard that is to find in todays society. I will remember the experience for years to come and will return there when it's time for me to buy another motorcycle.

I started back riding last year after 15 years of not riding. I bought a used Sporster in May and in August I traded up to a new Street Glide. A few weeks ago I traded up to a new Triglide which is an awesom bike. The first two bikes were great but my favorate is the Triglide. The people at Harley Haven have made buying an riding these bikes easy and enjoyable.They are very friendly and will do anything they can to help you. Brought my 2011 Road Glide Ultra in from the Charleston area for 10K service and could not be more satisfied with my experience at Harley Haven. Considering the dealer I was dealing with prior, I'd rather ride 2 hours West and get work done at an affordable and fair price rather than deal with the local dealer where I live. The professionalism, courteous staff, bike knowledge, and pricing of the service department have more than sold me on Harley-Haven Bill - thanks for helping me get my bike back up to par for the road. I am 62 years old and have owned Honda,Yamaha and Kawasaki motorcycles but have always wanted a Harley Davidson. It has been 15 years since I have ridden so I was rusty to say the least. I did not want to start out again on a big bike so I was looking for a 1200 sporster. I went to Harley Haven and they had just what I was looking for at a great price.The salesman could not have been more friendly and did everything he said he would do. Everyone there helped me and made this buying experience pleasant. The day I picked the bike up I met the owner and he is a great guy.He went over the bike and even loaded and straped it down for me. It just does not get any better than that. I am ridding again and loving it. I will buy my next bike at this dealership.

I had heard horror stories from other riders about dealer service and thier experiences. I was hesitant,but that certainly changed when I went to Harley Haven service department.I knew that my problem could be expensive to repair,and to my surprise they repaired my bike at a very reasonable price,even though they could have jacked up the price .My experience was fantastic and i would recommend them to anyone,who has a Harley.You have a phenominal crew and should be very proud of their honesty and work ethics!!!

I have known Tim and Stephanie since they were out on Fink Street. I always wanted a Harley and back then to get a new bike you were put on a waiting list. When I started looking for my newest ride I looked all over and either the dealerships were either out of the paticular model or couldn't get it in stock. Let me first start off by saying that I have always wanted to own a Harley Davidson motorcycle. I have never been in a position that I could own one. Either financially or in position in the realm of life. I have been blessed over the past few years and finally have come to a point that I have almost everything I have ever wanted. One of those "things" is a real motorcycle. One of history, one of heritage and one of pure beauty. A real motorcycle, a Harley Davidson. I searched all around the South Eastern area for a long period. Well, I should have started with Harley Haven because that's where I found my dream bike (Road King Classic). They have an awesome selection but most of all a staff that treats "you" as "FAMILY". In today's world of lies and of a person's "word" meaning nothing, it was a true pleasure to experience the staff of Harley Haven. Ray Borden you are what I now consider a "Brother". Ray is true to his word. He told me what he could and would do for me to make my dream come true and made it happen. That is very hard to find in today's world. When Harley Haven says "Family", they mean it! There was no hassle, only INTEGRITY. Harley Haven, "Thank You" for allowing me into your "Family". Thank you for making my dream come true. There is no where else I would go to purchase a Harley motorcycle. I can not say enough great things about my experience about my purchase. I brought my 100th Anniversary Electric Glide to them needing some custom fabrication done for the new tins that I bought during deployment. They went above and beyond what needed to be done to ensure that they would not crack and would be stable while riding. I have never been so pleased with that kind of work before! After recieving the tins back from having the graphics put on them Harley Haven had the tins, wheels, rims, and new pipes put on within a day. Excellent job guys!! The job was awesome and TJ was great to deal with on a daily basis. Thanks again and I will always recommend you guys to turn a wrench on anyone that asks me!

I think Harley Haven as a whole is the most organized well established business in South Carolina. The owners Tim and Stephanie Lucus have made great strides in the Harley Davidson arena. Harley Haven is the most thought of dealer in South Carolina with the most knowledgable employees from floor staff to it's service department. I wouldn't go any place else and you shouldn't either.

Thanks again for making acquiring our new Harley such a good experience and for assisting me in adapting my ole bones to meeting the challenge of gettin back on the horse again. Had a great 55 mile (low traffic) ride back home to Northeast Columbia, including a four mile detour around a bridge in repair on Cedar Creek Road. I recommend the route, especially going through Peak. Had no problems; got to know the bike (Road King) better and enjoyed every minute of it. Good learning experience to build on. they have really good parts dept , i used to call up there and they would take care of me.
